Tipical Charlie
Welcome to Tipical Charlie, a repository of all kinds of tips related to computing, from web developer and technologist, Charlie Arehart.
I'll mostly share my own tips that I've found others enjoyed hearing about. I'll welcome tips from others, too.
(Wondering where I came up with the name?)

Curious about airplane seat info, such as exits, powerpoints, bathrooms, bulkheads? Check out seatguru.com

If you're taking a flight and have any need to wonder if the plane will have power outlets, or where the exists are, or how close you will be to the bathroom (for better or worse), be sure to check out the free site, seatguru.com (or it's phone-friendly companion, mobile.seatguru.com). So valuable!

A couple other useful things there are:

- A comparison guide, http://www.seatguru.com/charts/domestic_economy.php, to help you determine at a glance which airlines and planes offer desired services in economy/coach class.

- A Laptop Power Guide, http://www.seatguru.com/articles/in-seat_laptop_power.php, with info to help you understand the issues and opportunities regarding getting laptop power on a plane
